TransCanada Corp. is plotting new pipelines that would tap into burgeoning U.S. shale oil deposits, a company executive told investors a day after efforts to speed up approval of its Keystone XL project failed in the U.S. Senate. Paul Miller, the executive in charge of liquids pipelines, divulged few details of the nascent projects at the company's annual investor conference in Toronto.
