The Houston-based real estate firm held its 14th annual TrendLines event on Nov. 13. More than 500 people attended the event, which provided an economic overview and forecasted trends in the Houston commercial real estate market. Ben Stein - writer, lawyer, economics and law professor, commentator and actor popularized by his role in "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" - was the keynote speaker.
