DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 900 PM MDT (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Andres was located near latitude 15.9 North, longitude 110.3 West. The depression is moving toward the west near 6 mph (9 km/h) and this motion is expected to continue during the next couple of days. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Weakening is forecast, and Andres is expected to become a remnant low by Tuesday morning and dissipate by Wednesday night.
