DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 800 PM PDT (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Ten-E was located near latitude 13.4 North, longitude 133.1 West. The depression is moving toward the west near 3 mph (6 km/h). The system is forecast to meander generally westward tonight and northwestward over the weekend. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Minor fluctuations in intensity are possible during the next two or three days. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1004 mb (29.65 inches).
