DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 300 AM MDT (0900 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Twenty-E was located near latitude 14.5 North, longitude 107.2 West. The depression is moving toward the west near 9 mph (15 km/h). A west to west-northwest motion at a similar forward speed is expected during the next few days. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Gradual strengthening is forecast during the next few days, and the depression is expected to become a tropical storm later today or tonight.
