DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 900 PM CST (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Twenty-One-E was located near latitude 9.8 North, longitude 102.4 West. The depression is moving toward the west near 14 mph (22 km/h). A slower west to west-northwest motion is expected during the next few days. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Little change in strength is forecast, and the depression is expected to dissipate within the next few days. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1006 mb (29.71 inches).
