DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK ------------------------------ At 800 PM PDT (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Enrique was located near latitude 16.8 North, longitude 128.4 West. Enrique is moving toward the west-northwest near 9 mph (15 km/h) and this general motion is expected to continue during the next couple of days. Maximum sustained winds remain near 40 mph (65 km/h) with higher gusts. Little change in strength is forecast during the next 48 hours. Tropical storm force winds extend outward up to 70 miles (110 km) from the center. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1003 mb (29.62 inches).
