DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK ------------------------------ At 500 AM AST (0900 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Fiona was located near latitude 22.2 North, longitude 51.7 West. Fiona is moving toward the west-northwest near 16 mph (26 km/h) and this general motion is expected to continue during the next couple of days. Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 45 mph (75 km/h) with higher gusts. Gradual weakening is forecast during the next 48 hours.
