MANUEL IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHWEST NEAR 3 MPH...6 KM/H. A SLOW NORTH-NORTHWEST OR NORTHWEST MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TONIGHT. MANUEL IS FORECAST TO BECOME NEARLY STATIONARY THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY.
