MANUEL IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST NEAR 7 MPH...11 KM/H...AND THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE DECREASED TO NEAR 45 MPH...75 KM/H...WITH HIGHER GUSTS.
