The truck driver sued in the 2012 death of an El Paso police officer on Interstate 10 testified on Wednesday that the sun blinded him just before the collision. Truck driver Harvey Richard Hall and Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. are being sued by the parents of Officer Angel David Garcia, who was killed in December 2012.
