Trucking group: Tolls unfairly target trucking industry

The Rhode Island Trucking Association has condemned lawmakers' proposal to toll large commercial vehicles to pay for repairs to the state's deteriorating bridges. President Christopher Maxwell says other states that assess a toll on large commercial vehicles also collect fees from passenger vehicles.
