Tuesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: SPHQ

The PowerShares S&P 500 High Quality Portfolio ETF is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Tuesday, with over 6.1 million shares traded versus three month average volume of about 331,000. Shares of SPHQ were off about 1.1% on the day.
