Comprising 4 models with screw diameters from 38–72 mm, conEX Series produces pipes at up to 550 kg/h and profiles at up to 280 kg/h. Conical twin-screw extruders include barrel insulation in feed and degassing zones as well as thermal separation between metering unit and barrel feed opening by means of insulating plate. Additional features include maintenance-free AC drives, molybdenum screw coating, and green control system with digital regulator that ensures best possible temperature control.
