(Telecompaper) Twitter chief communications officer Gabriel Stricker has left the company, the New York Times reported, citing a goodbye tweet from the executive. The move is the first high-level management change under Jack Dorsey, the Twitter co-founder who stepped in on 1 July as interim CEO following the departure of Dick Costolo. Twitter said Stricker's leaving was involuntary and part of a shift in the company's communications strategy and direction. The company said it wants to bring in new leadership. No successor has yet been named.
