Two area retirees were reportedly bilked out of $12,000 each in a used car dealer investment scheme, according to an investigation by the WBAL-TV 11 News I-Team . Anthony Mogavero, 64, and Ekes Webster, 70, are warning others to steer clear of investment scams by alleged car dealers.
