Two former top auto parts execs agree to plead guilty

The Justice Department said the former president and vice president of a Japanese auto supplier have agreed to plead guilty in a price-fixing and bid-rigging conspiracy that boosted prices for ignition coils in Ford, Toyota and Subaru vehicles.
