(Telecompaper) Regional operators Crimeatelecom and Sevtelecom plan to obtain mobile communication licences, for the Crimea region and he city of Sebastopol respectively, reports Cnews.ru. Bands could be allocated without being put out to tender, after the operators have taken over mobile communication assets of Ukrainian operators Ukrtelecom and Kyivstar in the region.
