Kyodo: Major greenhouse gas emitting countries have basically agreed to show their new emissions cut targets early next year. At a conference on the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change in Bonn, Germany, negotiators on Sunday wrapped up their discussions from June 4, paving the way for an agreement by the end of next year on a new framework to combat global warming from 2020.
