US apparel imports from Central America have rebounded in the second quarter, as buyers were shifting to the region due to rising threats of additional tariffs on Chinese products. Unit values have soared, reflecting a more diversified US demand, less focusing on T-shirts and underwear, as indicated by our series of tables and charts displaying a comprehensive view of the US apparel imports from Haiti and the CAFTA-DR (Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic) in the second quarter 2014-19.
