U.S. stock-index futures were little changed, as investors assessed recent gains before the latest batch of earnings and a Federal Reserve meeting, with the Standard & Poor's 500 Index at a nine-week high. Among shares moving on corporate news, Valeant Pharmaceuticals International Inc. slid 8.8 percent, trimming an earlier drop of more than 14 percent.
