Leaders at IHS Energy CERAWeek , one of the largest global energy conferences, kicked off this year's gathering Monday with a call to lift the ban on U.S. oil exports. Senator Lisa Murkowski , chairman of the U.S. Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, said she would introduce legislation to lift the decades-old export ban this year.
