U.S. stock-index futures declined, after equities fell the most since April, as concern that slower global growth will hurt the U.S. economy pushed the Standard & Poor's 500 Index towards its longest streak of weekly losses since January. Microchip Technology Inc. and Juniper Networks Inc. slumped in Germany after preliminary quarterly results missed the companies' own forecasts.
