Offering plug-and-play functionality, rechargeable Li battery-powered N390 iRF Pixie instantly converts iPhone, iPod, iPad, or Android-based smartphones/tablets into EPC Class 1 Gen2 RFID Reader/Writer with full access of ISO 18000-6C UHF EPC Gen 2 standard/protocol. Dongle uses host device's 3.5 mm audio port as primary communication interface; no other cables or adapters are required for operation. Reading distance is up to 30 cm with regular EPC Gen 2 tags.
