UK: Diageo looks to sell 'bulk' of Whyte & Mackay after OFT ruling

Diageo has offered to sell the "bulk" of Whyte & Mackay after the UK's Office of Fair Trading concluded that its acquisition of the Glasgow-based Scotch producer could lead to a "substantial lessening" of competition in the whisky market.
