If you don't get a package you were expecting to come through the United Parcel Service this week, yours might have been one of the parcels affected by a minor fire at the delivery company's Secaucus facility. A small package caught fire Thursday night while on a conveyor belt at the UPS processing facility at 493 County Ave., according to Secaucus Mayor Michael Gonnelli, who is also a member of the town's volunteer Fire Department.
