United Parcel Service Inc. is alerting dozens of retailer s it plans to discontinue big discounts on oversize packages this holiday season and, in the case of some retailers, year round, The Wall Street Journal is reporting. Many of the items don't fit on the networks of conveyor belts used by the company.
