US Apparel Imports in 2014: China vs. Rest of World (Statistical Report)

2015-02-19 16:05:44| EmergingTextiles.com

China gained shares of the US apparel market in full 2014, however only in volume terms whereas losing ground in US$ terms. Sharp differences may be observed depending on categories, with shipments of cotton products moving into different directions than man-made fiber categories. This is reflected by our statistical review covering the last four years and comparing US apparel imports from China with shipments from Rest of the World (RoW) for every category of products, in volume, value and unit value terms. Historical data with percentage change and market shares are available for download since 2011.
