US Apparel Imports in 4th Quarter and Full 2018: Categories (Statistical Report)

2019-03-18 21:23:38| EmergingTextiles.com

US apparel imports have rebounded in the last quarter of 2018, mostly due to a surge of man-made fiber apparel imports boosted by the fall of their export prices. By contrast, cotton apparel imports have been far from surging, due to rising unit values. Wool apparel imports have recovered, whatever the sharp increase of unit prices, as reflected by our detailed analysis of US apparel imports per category. Our series of statistical tables offer a comprehensive view of volume, value and unit value changes, compared with previous quarters and years in 2013-18. Full data are available for downloading into a comprehensive table.
