US Q4 in brief: Iconix Brand Group, Finish Line, Phoenix Footwear, Oxford Industries

In the most recent fourth-quarter filings from US apparel brands and retailers, Oxford Industries hailed 2015 as "a good year", while New York & Co moved to a fourth-quarter profit. However, Iconix Brand Group cut its outlook after swinging to a loss, Finish Line saw its net profit plummet 90%, and Phoenix Footwear saw its net loss widen. Cato Corp warned 2016 could be a difficult year, while Aeropostale revealed it is exploring exploring strategic options, which could include a sale or restructuring, after seeing its fourth-quarter net loss widen.
