US increases cap on duty-free apparel from Africa

In two moves relating to the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA), the US has increased the amount of duty and quota-free apparel that can be imported under the trade agreement - and has launched its annual review into those countries that will be eligible for benefits in the next year.
