New buyers Nomad Holdings, owned by a pair of American businessmen, will take over Iglo Group, which includes Birds Eye Foods in the UK. Picture: PA Frozen food company Birds Eye, whose main factory is in Suffolk, will be bought by an American company in a move one Birds Eye spokesman has called a "vote of confidence" for the international group it belongs to.
