USPS price cuts have FedEx, UPS seeing red

The United States Postal Service plans to cut its rates soon, in advance of the holiday season, enough that both FedEx and United Parcel Service forcefully objected to regulators. The Wall Street Journal reported that e-commerce businesses have had their interest piqued by price cuts of as much as 58 percent for big-volume customers.
