Available in 365 and 395 nm, OmniCure® AC450, AC475, AC7150, and AC7300 offer effective curing area from 2–12 in., which can be extended further by adjoining AC7150 and AC7300 systems together. Air-cooled systems, designed with combination of high output LEDs and customized optics, eliminate need for external cooling and ozone venting. Typical applications include display bonding, film lamination, speaker assembly, and lens bonding as well as syringes, filters, and insulin pens.
