Measuring 1.016 x 1.016 mm, Model TV0404FA-50R0JN-91 features typical return loss of 18.5 dB or better over DC to 60 GHz bandwidth. Chip is constructed of thick film on alumina with wire-bondable input pad and epoxy or solderable ground. Rated at 250 mW on 100°C mounting surface temperature, RoHS/REACH compliant device features 50 Ω resistor element and 1.27:1 max VSWR, making it suited for wireless point-to-point backhaul applications.
