Available with "R" screening option in compliance with NASA's S-311-P-813 specification for leaded radial resistors, 303143 Series features resistance range from 10 Ω to 100 kΩ with low TCR of ±0.2 ppm/°C from -55 to +125°C. Through-hole Z-Foil resistors are rated to 0.3 W at +125°C with rise time of 1 ns and thermal stabilization time of less than 1 sec. Capable of withstanding ESD of at least 25 kV, devices are optimized for avionics, military, and space applications.
