Available as bare die for hybrid assemblies, CMD167 ultra low noise GaAs MMIC amplifier operates from 10–17 GHz. Supplied in leadless 3 x 3 mm plastic SMT package, CMD167P3 operates from 8–16 GHz. Both deliver >15 dB gain, with output 1 dB compression point of +11 dBm and noise figure of 1.8 dB at 14 GHz, and feature 50 Ω matched designs that eliminate need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. Each device requires single positive supply voltage for operation.
