Available at specified frequencies from 50–125 MHz, V1A Ultra-Low Noise series exhibits typical phase noise performance (dBc/Hz) of -86 @10 Hz, -118 @ 100 Hz, -143 @ 1 KHz, -157 @ 10 KHz, -164 @ 100 KHz, and -167 at 1MHz. VCXO comes in 9 x 14 mm, 4-pad package and can be customized for specific operating temperature and frequency vs. temperature stability.
