Supplied in SMF (DO-219AB) eSMP® series package with profile of <1 mm, 1 and 2 A FRED Pt® Ultrafast recovery rectifiers reduce switching losses and power dissipation in automotive and telecom applications. AEC-Q101 qualified models offer reverse voltages of 100 and 200 V, reverse recovery times of 16 nsec, and typ forward voltage drop of 0.74 V at 1 A and 0.75 V at 2 A. Along with planar structure and platinum doped lifetime control, features include operating junction temperature to +175°C.
