Shares in Under Armour fell nearly 4 percent Monday after an analyst at Piper Jaffray downgraded the stock, citing the Baltimore brand's Black Friday promotional strategy. Piper Jaffray analyst Erinn Murphy deemed the company's promotions deeper than they were last year, along with those of footweat brands Deckers Outdoor and Steve Madden as well as GoPro, Michael Kors and Ralph Lauren.
