Union Pacific conducts safety training for officers

Steve LaBelle, a Union Pacific signal maintainer shows members of the Alamogordo Police Department a GCP3000 unit on Thursday during train-crossing safety training. LaBelle said the unit controls railroad crossing gate guards by detecting the speed of an oncoming train.
