Union Pacific to improve track from Elburn to East Clinton

ELBURN – Union Pacific Railroad continues to move ahead on its plan to improve its rail line between Elburn and East Clinton. The railroad is investing nearly $8 million in the line to help train operating efficiency, reduce motorist wait times at crossings and enhance safety, Union Pacific spokesperson Mark Davis said.
