United Group swoops for M-Kabl in Montenegro

Netherlands-based telecoms firm the United Group has agreed a takeover deal for Montenegro-based cableco M-Kabl, valued at around EUR12 million . Founded in 2004, Podgorica-based cableco M-Kabl offers broadband and TV services with a presence in seven cities nationwide.
