BusinessGreen: Two 6MW turbines have been installed at the Gunfleet Sands wind farm as part of a demonstration project designed to lower the cost of offshore wind power.
The 80 metre high Siemens turbines have a blade diameter of 120 metres and are the first of their kind to be installed anywhere in the world.
