Properties owned by UnitedHealth Group, including a building in Wauwatosa, are being sold to American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust Inc. A 140,000-square-foot UnitedHealthcare Services Inc. regional office in Wauwatosa will be sold to a national investment trust through a $123 million deal involving four buildings.
