Unplug Tower Automotive site from grid? Milwaukee alderman floats idea

Milwaukee Ald. Michael Murphy said the city could gain a competitive edge to attract companies to the 87-acre former Tower Automotive site by unplugging the business park from the grid and generating power through fuel cells, solar panels or other sources.
