Update: Southbound N Interstate lanes closed though 3 p.m. again today near Broadway Bridge for stormwater repairs

UPDATE: Portland Bureau of Transportation crews are closing the southbound Interstate Avenue travel lane and bike lane today from 8 a.m. through as late as 3 p.m. An additional underground cavity was found this morning after work on other stormwater system damage on Thursday.
