MADISON, Wis Wisconsin utility regulators say they will not impose a further delay in voting next year on the proposed merger of Wisconsin Energy and the Integrys Energy Group. Advocates for consumers and large factories urged the state Public Service Commission to delay action on the matter -- because neighboring Michigan did the same.
