VW Told to Prepare Plan for Recall of 3-Liter Diesel Engines

Volkswagen AG must come up with a plan to recall 3-liter diesel models with emissions-cheating software to meet an order issued by the California Air Resources Board. The state agency gave CARB VW 45 business days to deliver the plan for the 2009 to 2016 models, according to a statement Wednesday.
