Available at 15 psi pressure range in single sideport, top port, and dual sideport packages, analog Model MS4525 provides full vacuum output of 4.5 Vdc and zero vacuum output of 0.5 Vdc, while digital Model MS4525DO has 14,746 cts output at full vacuum and 666 cts at zero vacuum. Both feature accuracy of ±0.25% span and TEB of ±1.0% span. Operating from -25 to +105°C, sensors provide output pressure resolution of 14 bits and output temperature resolution of 11 bits.
